The Gypsy on Adventure

Refreshed!

I have to say I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I love yoga! I feel taller, more flexible and so refreshed! I decided that belly dance class I am taking is just not good for me! I always hurt MORE after I go...so I went back to yoga and feel GREAT!
I am looking for another type of belly dance teacher...this one just expects you to be more far ahead than a beginner CAN be!

Silly Start to the morning!

(touch photo to enlarge) This is hysterical! I did a silly Gypsy dance this morning. I woke up for the first time in about 2 years without pain people! Imagine! NO pain! Yoga was divine last night...I had that warm feeling of being MORE alive than I have in years. A sense of well being AND NO PAIN THIS MORNING!

I had to share with the teacher today just how fab it was yesterday! I told her how I had to FIGHT with myself to go. If I turned right at the light I could be on my way home...I felt like turning right...I didn't quite make up my mind until the light changed to green and I went forward! Ok just show up Gypsy...just BE in the moment! Well...I was happy I did, I told her how high I got, happy, and that I slept for the first time in months like a rock! That I got up PAIN FREE! Whoot! I was happy I shared, because it made her day! How great is that! I made HER day!  AND she told me that was the reason she did yoga...that feeling I got to experience!

I had some pain creep up on me during the day...but all in all I felt great today! So I did a dance of life! SO what my camera was blury! It was fun to move without pain!

Maybe this yoga/body talk/acupuncture is really working!

One of my co-workers had an "experience" with my ex...THAT didn't even ruin my day! Snort! But I know it won't be the end of it...damn it! But I will ignore the issue and keep living my life because damn it it feels SO GOOD TO BE FREE! I have no bonds to that life anymore! CELEBRATION for everyone! Just a little reminder from the Universe that you can have a great life if you DARE to create it! Whew! Learned that one! MORE to dance about...FREEDOM!!!! Oh how it rings so sweet!

I came home knit some...caught up on taped programs and am going to bed a happy girl! Go figure! I had a great day!

Yoga

Can ya just tell me what I was thinking?

Ha! I went to my first Yoga class supposedly focusing on back issues! Yeah...like making your back ache!!! Egads! If you really want to know how fat you have gotten, just go to a yoga class and try to be flexible!

LMAO...seriously...the chunk makes it hard to bend your limbs! I wish I had video taped myself! I must have been hysterical! The gal next to me Harmon, kept reminding me to BREATHE! BREATHE through it! Yikes! My friend Jenn was turning red right along with me....saying we PAID for this torture!? LMAO

She and I are in the same boat...injuries and weight gain! Lets hope I can move tomorrow! Snort! And what concerns me? That it was HARD for an injury class! Yikes! Their was an elderly lady directly in front of Jenn and when I got bad she would wink at me or smile, she was elderly and had a hard time doing the class as well...but she did what she could! I told her after class what an inspiration she was to me! I thanked her ... and how sweet, she thanked ME for telling her that! What a sweetie!
