SO HARD...But I am really starting to do this....acceptance...no more hatred. I am grateful that I can get up and still do things I love to do, and create art, enjoy my life, move through the world...

Seems to be a part of our female fabric
All women have it
No matter their body size
Or body shape
But it is not natural
We are not born hating our bodies
We learn it along the way

Make healthy changes
Body hatred will not get you there
WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING YOU HATE???
Make a decision to
Stop. All. Hatred. Now.
Apologize to you body for any unkind thoughts
And be open to learn to love yourself
