Health Care Rant

So I have been having issues with my primary care doctor AND the surgeon I saw. The new clinic I have been going to the last two years are seriously going to kill some one!

I found out today one my friends Biopsy on her breast was screwed up by the surgeon I saw! AND yet another co-workers surgery was screwed up by the same gal!!!! She had cancer ....!!!!!!!

I told my health reps loudly today in a room full of providers and employee's that I would NEVER go back to that clinic and I would rather be seen by a VET !!!!!

Needless to say, I got their attention!!!! They are changing me from the clinic!!!!! I am fed up! AND I will be submitting my issues to some one that I find in charge!!!! It is just not right!

Just a catch up day

WGB sent a photo of the Boulder River in Big Timber, he was fishing in today...The was was HIGH to say the least...but what a beautiful shot! I am glad I gave him my backup digital camera! He is actually using it now!

   I spent the day puttering in the studio...and I swear these days are just speeding by! And some of that could be the fact I don't sleep well when WGB is gone. I was actually able to sit at my art tables and go figure DO ART!  I finished my Play with CrowAbout art piece that just flowed right out of me!  It was effortless and fun!  I played in the garden today as well, and did some grocery shopping...Just a pleasant alone day.

Tonight I had a late dinner and it was easy just a small dinner of healthy salad...monitoring myself, making sure I am eating healthy and not setting myself up for not feeling good...A Month of Hands ::Day 3/31::

New Hair!

I think I love it!  I had wanted the back even shorter...like shaved! But it is more blunt...I just wanted it shorter...we will get there...by the time I do I am sure Winter will set in! LOL I took my breaks at the end of the day to take off early which I didn't need to because I was WAY too early getting there...but with the 4th stuff happening I figured it would be packed! Tomorrow is a holiday so no work! So lets begin the weekend!

Healthy Dinner again tonight: Egg Beaters and bell peppers, Turkey Sausage, 16 grain toast!

A Month of Hands ::Day 2/31::

Today was stress filled and I tried to breath through it

Cleaning and getting things ready for tomorrow...I canceled Jessica coming tomorrow...I need a day to recover without being too emotional over my stuph...and move my breakables to another room...It is good to keep yourself eating well and focused on your goals through all the stress.  It was a stressful day...

So today I went to the doctor to check a lump I found on Friday, on my bra line on the right side (under the arm...under the boob area right where the bra hugs the ribs) Its big and like the doc said DEEP. Sigh. I have been referred to a surgeon. Consultation on the 13th.  Sigh

When I got home I saw a little green guy in the yellow roses in the front yard! Amazing what can make me smile on a really yuck day! Don't forget when you touch the photo it gets bigger...so you can see him! And although I ate late tonight, I made it healthy!
