Today I walked 2,585 steps. Not a lot, but I am still trying. I have lost a few pounds I have less tummy...but still fighting it...I still can't figure out the program but I am hopeful!
I am grateful I have a digital frame, I will be placing Lucy's photos from childhood and the ones I have from our art groups. Also, as much of her art as I have on digital...and run it through the memorial. I will be spending tomorrow getting it ready for Roy. I feel like I am walking in a fog lately...
