It was good enough to run off to the beach...but I was stuck at work! What a beautiful day of 72 degrees... California Winter is CRAZY this year.

I had started to worry today about HOW I was going to do every thing I
wanted to do, the classes, the home work, the walking the eating right
which means GO TO THE STORE AND BUY THE FOOD and PLAN! and then I got
this quote today...I will no longer worry about time... So the good news, I walked 3,350 steps, I joined WW, I am TALKING and
being REAL about where I am, I am not in DENIAL....so I am on my way to
change my life! I bought Resistance Training bands to help with the exercise, to change it up with my walking. And especially when I have these darn blisters!
I joined for 3 months to see if I can get the hang of these points and start to make better choices in how to loose this weight and do it slow but well, so it doesn't come back.
At least I am hopeful!
Soul Work
I have been listening to some shrink podcasts about Death, living and
dying with intention, and just trying to grasp the pain of separation
once again...and trying to get in to see some one at the Center for
Living with Dying, I know I should be going and talking about Lucy and
doing some counseling for those following after me, to do some
volunteering...but the podcasts are helping me.
Great mail day! The NORO yarn came in! I can start my scarf and hat!!!! Whoot whoot!
