This is what I want to know, even though I know my body is not up to things I PUSH myself! Why? Why can't I just take it slow and do things as they progress? I annoy myself!
So I am now a complete GIMP! After work I walked for an HOUR on a trail OVER a bridge (I hate bridges!) and I gimped the whole way sciatic screaming at me the whole time...but I am NOT going to give up! I am loosing this darn weight!
