There is nothing better than waking up late...not having to get dressed and be able to laz around your house...no make up no hair up do...and watch the parade. That is my tradition...I always have the parade on! Usually I am cooking the turkey by now, but with not feeling all that great we decided to go with the honey baked ham and turkey this year.
So around the time we want to eat I will start the other fixings and heat up that great honey baked items! Oh how easy is that! I will cook stuffing so it will take a few hours for that, I am making some bread and rolls...but what a great lazy day!
I hope you are finding some joy as well...
Hi Gypsy,
Thanks for the comment on my blog, I'm happy to know someone saw it. It's going to take awhile to get back in the saddle again. I enjoyed reading your blog and seeing all your lovely knitted goodies. Stalk away!

Julie! Oh I was SO delighted to find you again! I love your paintings! I was lucky enough to get one of your small queens and a princess too. They are prizes in my collection! I have a thing for crowns and queens and pricesses!
AND I am glad you enjoyed reading my blog. I am just learning how to knit...haven't been doing much of my mixed media, but I am cleaning up my studio and hoping to get some things done! LOL I have had a horrible 2007 and am looking forward to the 2008 being more joyful! : )
Thanks I am sure going to love following what you are doing! I didn't know where you went...I just knew you weren't around. What were you up to?
