This is a MILL SPUN mohair hand dyed by HollyEQQ. It is the beautiful color of ling lure green tackle - ask your hubby!!! He will tell you! 2.5 oz ESTIMATED 152 yds

This is a medium to bulky weight two ply yarn made of Coltswold lamb, Tussah Silk, Suri Alpaca, Sherino, Mohair, glitz, and wrapped in a cotton ply. It is fabulous dahling! Soft, luxurious and glamorous in a very workable handspun yarn. Totally Miami Beach. 4.6 oz 137.5 yards

Incredibly Happy!!!!

OH MY GAWD! Linda was worried because she was taking so long with my commission of a felted purse...and I kept telling her NOT to stress it! I am easy going and will love it! Well, when I opened the box today at noon...::THUD:: could have been heard all the way to Ohio where she is!!!

It is FANTASTIC! Here are some photos while she was knitting it, and one of my wearing it! I am just SO happy and I am going to put my orange and pink funky pen in it! Oh! AND the mini bag is beautiful too, I forgot to take photos of that!

Well...I started the Nutri-Systems...I am NOT thrilled with the food! It is GROSS AND so embarrassing, it gave me HUGE BAD Gas...I mean I had to leave my desk area OFTEN as to not gross out my co-workers AND when I got home it didn't stop! SO I am sending it back!

I figured it out though, most of the food is soy and it tastes like shit! This would make me fail! I will do portion and healthy thank you very much. Not shit that gives you such bad gas you don't want to be around me!

I am disappointed!

Nurturing yourself is crucial for ending this nasty cycle of self-defeat. You need to work on being your own best friend instead of your own worst enemy.

Forget the ideal and learn to love the body you have. Here are some simple tips and tools to help you get confident and make peace with your mirror image.

Changes afoot!

Well, today my Nutra-systems food arrived EARLY...I ordered it on Sunday and never dreamed it would be here today! I had plans on starting it in July. But I might as well start. So the journey begins. Tomorrow I start the program and hope for a kick start in my loosing some weight!

Today after work I spent an 1 hour and 15 minutes doing yoga, I felt invigorated and sore, so I cooked dinner and now I am heading for bed. A new beginning starts.

Always good advice...
