Well, It is a slow start, I am doing 20 minutes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I am going to the gym. Then on Thursday and Friday I am walking on my breaks at work so that is 30 minutes a day. I just put my iPodage on and walk at a good pace for me. If I start slow I can make it a life style change rather than hurting myself so bad I won't want to do it! Slow and steady like the Turtle and I will win the race!
A reminder that I need slow...my knee is THROBBING! And my asthma acted up after I worked out, but it will get better...I think it was because my treatment is supposed to be at 6:00 pm and I finished at 5:35 and it was close! So when I got home I had my treatment, my heart is racing but otherwise my breathing went into sinc again, at least I am not struggling!
well you go girl!!! so proud of you!! I need to do that for sure have gotten to be a little tub!! soon it will be nice and will walk again with the baby dog!! have fun and be careful take it slow!!! Hugs L
