Ah....

Today was my massage...and pain management wasn't great this week! I completely feel a healing coming on! AND I feel that I can walk better...I am icing, drinking water and hoping for a better week!

My massage therapist has healing hands!  She was so sweet, she gave me one of her Japanese cucumbers to try...she grew it herself!
