This woman makes me really mad! I had to sit here for a month when ever I watched the news get grossed out by them showing that damn finger! Then her saying "I can't take this anymore...bla bla bla" I knew when she withdrew her lawsuit...she was in huge trouble. And she has scammed others! This is deplorable...she has children learning from her...how sad for them! AND why did she have to come to MY area of the world to pull the shit???!!! We are a funnel!
Now I know you are more than your mistake...more than the stupidity of the weak moment! But I am still a little angry at her! Even if the bitch takes a good booking photo!

Anna Ayala, 39, was charged with one count of attempted grand theft related to Wendy's and a count of grand theft for a separate case in which police said she bilked a woman of her life savings. She could face about six years in prison if convicted.
Her claim cost Wendy's restaurants about $2.5 million in lost business as customers stayed away from the burger chain's restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, police said.
Wendy's International Inc. welcomed the arrest and said it hoped customers would return. The company's 50 Bay Area restaurants are giving out free Frosties this weekend in a bid to restore consumer faith in its brand.
And let me tell you...just because they are giving away free Frosties...you won't be seeing me go there any time soon...SHUDDER...still can't get the image out of my mind let alone...WHERE did the finger come from? GAH
I agree--the whole thing is absolutely disgusting. I heard that perhaps the finger came from the woman's mother or grandmother who had died not long ago. There was talk of exhuming the body to find out for sure.
When I was 18 I went to Wendy's and found a huge bolt in my chili--like what they would use to keep the machines together. I should have sued! I can't believe I didn't!

OMG, we're across the country and I'm not wanting to go to Wendy's either - or any restaurant for that matter. And we were spared the 24/7 finger photos! I know the finger didn't come in the chili but still, just the thought....
RetroGirl, I had not heard or read about it might be from a relative who had died. That is certainly interesting, but totally gross too.
