Happy Dancing in my Family Room!

The New Tim Burton Movie will be out near Halloween this year!   The Corpse Bride! Run off and click the link for the Movie trailer! YUM! I am such a Tim Burton slut! I love his stuff! He is so dark and talented! I love his movies! One of my fav's is of course Nightmare before Christmas!

Of course it doesn't hurt that my pretend boyfriend is in the movie...Johnny Depp! Happy Girl!

Art Day

Today was spent partly with Princess. We decided on the ATC set up for our next Red Hat Society High Tea that is happening at my house on February 12, 2005. We are doing really large ones again, 4x6, and sometimes it is hard to figure out the spacing.

What is surprising is how long it takes to do this. I have been doing it ALL day and I have only completed 6 to this stage so far, I still have to do the back and hang things from hole on the bottom right.

Crab Feed

Ah, tonight was the crab feed my boss sells tickets for, it is an annual fund raiser for good causes within the City and then Internationally, some of the funds this year go to the Tsunami victims.

Its not the greatest dinner in the world, the crab is cold, but this year I brought my own hot melted butter in a thermos! Smart thinking huh! It made it taste a little better than last year.

I think its great to be able to go to things like this to help out some where.

Look at my New Shoes!

A friend at work decided to pass on some of of her shoes to me, seems  since she had her last daughter in July her feet have grown...

I remembered that happened to me too. For some reason we get Flintstone Feet after babies! Another thing that is not gender fair!

You know how everything has a story? Well, I am jealous of my new used shoes! The ones i am wearing right now! My girl friend walked "All" over Europe in the them! They have seen the site's I have only imagined in my wildest dreams.

They have seen the cobble stone streets that I have wanted to traverse, they saw the open air markets, and watched the native people live out their daily lives in the oldest cities away from here as I live out my mundane life! Lucky shoes!

Now they will see area's of San Francisco, the beaches down along the Pacific Coast Highway, places like downtown Half Moon Bay and the wharf where they have great food!

Since I am an ocean girl they will walk over places in the sun on my beautiful Pacific coast. The shoes will greet seals, and pelicans floating over the sea. They will visit artists studio's and many an Art & Wine Festival!

They will have many more adventures with the Gypsy!

Stressing

Ah...all I had were nightmares last night. My bank contacted me that some one put a ding on my credit report...and on my credit report are cards I have never had...or some thing more sinister caused by my changes five years ago...When you have an ex...there is definately a reason they are ex's...

Boy I did not sleep much last night. The most concerning item on my credit report is that they have an address for me that I have NEVER lived at...however, it was my Ex sister inlaws address, where my ex lived!

GAH...

The one credit card that is over $5K is NOT mine! Thank Gawd! Sheesh...this is enough to make a person's stomach rench! the one in collection they are faxing me everything they have I should get it no later than Monday. I also put a fraud alert on all the credit reporting co's! Down side, you have to remember to do that every 2 months!

I am exhausted from it...time to pick up my newest zine and cuddle under the electric blanket to forget my day!

Deep in Winter

Everyone around me at work is sick. They either have a flu that is going around or a horrible cold. I have been living on Airbourne! I hope that I will sneak by the sickness again this time.

I feel run down, overwhelmed, somewhat stressed out from financial stuff and I do not want to be sick!

Where is My Magazine???

I had subscribed to Cloth, Paper, and Scissors a fun new magazine that has lots of paper art, ATCs and altered books. I had not receieved the magazine yet, and the Director of Circulation told me I should have receieved it in the first week of January...

They are being kind enough to send me another one.

I am starting to seriously wonder if someone is taking things from my mailbox. This is the 3rd time I have not received a coveted magazine...GAH. Mainly from the same company too...the nabbers must like quilts and paper arts!
