Aha moment...AND it's Friday! *8*8*8

Well I stayed up too late last night...But I listened to a great seminar on women's health!!! By Doctor Northrup http://www.drnorthrup.com   Explained a lot about why I have been pms'ing and eating crap!!! Its a new day...start fresh with INFORMATION to arm myself! : D

All week I was irratable, cranky, soreness, eating comfort food that is fried, salty and all and all NOT good for you!  I couldn't figure out why I was craving every thing bad! Then when I realized I was PMSing it made sense...I took the time to think of where I was and how I want to get to the next level...and it is not by being unhealthy!  So today I took the time to go to the grocery store, buy good organic foods and ate right! The road BACK to health!

Ah Ha moment!!! She made a lot of sense and that things I have not been looking at and dealing with my life is coming up during PMS...DUH! Of course it is all that energy suppressing my dislike of the guy behind me and the resentment I am getting for my boss for not doing anything!!

I had to take a photo of Fatty Boy, He is so funny, when he goes to lay down, even if he is on me, he kicks his back feet to soften the area first! Then he lays down! He has stolen my fav blanket!

Whew! Watching a little "Ghost Whisperer" and knitting on the sherbet shawl!!! Relaxing!
